About the Board
- Consists of volunteers from our community
- Oversees SCS in the interests of the organization, in a way that reflects the mission, vision and values of the organization and is respectful of its Constitution and Bylaws
- Determines the vision and strategic direction for SCS
The Board is responsible for the management of the corporation, such as:
- The Executive Director performance assessment
- Overseeing and participating in strategic planning of the corporation
