Cette initiative les aide \u00e0 explorer leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats dans la communaut\u00e9 et les r\u00f4les qu&#8217;ils pourraient jouer apr\u00e8s l&#8217;\u00e9cole secondaire.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Community Living Ontario organise des r\u00e9unions communautaires ponctuelles et des opportunit\u00e9s de mentorat \u00e0 plus long terme.
