A taste of Culinary Skills Workshop

The participants experienced what being part of a team as a Kitchen Steward is all about. A Kitchen Steward is a key member who is often referred to as “the backbone” of the kitchen. Christian Horizons in partnership with Algonquin College provided a practical learning experience, where participants created their own lunch.
