André Lagacé

Joined the SCS Board of Directors in 2019

André recently joined the Board of Directors after a long career as a senior executive in the public sector. Throughout his career, he has been in charge of developing and managing many service delivery programs, both regionally and nationally.

André has vast experience in strategic planning and renewing large organizations. During the past few years of his career, André represented Canada’s interests within various international agencies which provide security and defense services (e.g. NATO).

André received the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal, as well as the Commemorative Medal for the 125^th anniversary of the Canadian Confederation for his significant contribution to Canada’s achievements and those of the community.
